see Rolls - p. 55 Forrest, Charles (1810-1852) Listed in the Lewis Co. (Wash.) census of 1850 as a clerk in the HBC, born in Montreal Canada, having no family. He had charge of Cowlitz Farm from 1840 to 1846, when he was replaced by George B. Roberts. H.B.C. Rec. Vol. 6 over Annie T. Forrest (Hunter) - born 1840, says 1906 her father was a white man, Charles Forrest 66 Her mother was a Lower Chinook, Wiltamst 1840 she had a half-brother whose mother was a Cowlitz ______________ HBCR - VI - p. 389-90 Joined HBC 1825 Various posts in north Retired to R.R. 1835 Simpson: "An active, tearing, I m.
